Debbie was born in Wichita Kansas but was raised mostly in California. She attended Luther Burbank High School where she was class president her junior and senior years. Founder Glen Cummins hired Debbie as a receptionist in 1978 for Cummins Insurance. Today, she is the Commercial Lines Manager and LOVES her job.
Debbie earned her CPCU Designation in 1995 and was the IBA Sacramento President in 2003. She was also on the Sacramento City College Business Dept. Insurance Advisory Committee in 2008 and the State Fund Compensation Broker Advisory Committee from 2010-2012.
In her younger years she played USSA softball, soccer, and enjoyed skydiving for 12 years. She is still an avid snow skier and snowboarder. Debbie has traveled numerous continents and countries. Debbie is married to Alex.
